Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness offers a comprehensive continuum of outpatient mental health treatment services for adolescents, including day treatment (partial hospitalization program) and after-school intensive outpatient programs (IOP); individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy; specialized clinical treatment for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders; and creative and supportive therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art and music therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based interventions, as well as aftercare support, alumni programs, and inclusive support for LGBTQ adolescents.

Day Treatment (Partial Hospitalization Program / PHP) – Structured, comprehensive daytime mental health treatment with individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents requiring a higher intensity of care.

After-School Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – Flexible therapeutic program designed to fit around school and family life, offering individual, group, and family counseling after school for adolescents needing significant support but not full-day treatment.
